Dominic Cook

Dominic Cook works as Senior Corporate Communications Manager in the Symantec EMEA Enterprise and Corporate PR team. He has responsibility for Symantec’s Public Relations programme in UK and Ireland, and the Nordic region. Dominic is also the EMEA lead for Symantec’s Security Response PR activities and is the region’s social media expert.

Dominic was responsible for setting up the www.viewfromthebunker.com blog site back in 2008 and has also been responsible for a series of educational security video’s hosted on a number of websites, called the Symantec Guide to Scary Internet stuff – http://www.youtube.com/user/SymantecEduc.

His latest project is the Symantec Fast Response TV widget also available on this site and soon to be on the Symantec.com website.

Dominic joined Symantec in January 2005 after over a ten years in various in-house global and EMEA PR and communications roles. He has also working for some of the UK’s leading PR agencies and was originally trained and worked as a journalist.
